Terms of Service Privacy & Terms

Effective August 20, 2026

Suloro Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Suloro Accounts, Single Sign-On (SSO) identity platforms, developer portals, and connected web services.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Ecosystem Scope

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Suloro. By creating a Suloro Account, accessing our portals, utilizing Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication, or integrating our OAuth 2.0 developer APIs, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any product-specific terms referenced herein.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an enterprise, company, or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess the full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to every provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all access to and use of Suloro services.

2. Account Creation, Eligibility & Security

To access certain features of the Suloro ecosystem, you must register for a Suloro Account by providing accurate, current, and complete registration information:

  • Age Eligibility: You must be at least the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction (e.g., 13 years of age, or 16 in the EEA) to establish an account independently. Accounts for minors must be supervised in compliance with local statutory laws.
  • Credential Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, session tokens, and authentication devices. You are entirely liable for all activities conducted under your account.
  • Security Breach Notification: You must immediately notify Suloro Support at support@suloro.com if you suspect any unauthorized access, session compromise, or credential breach.
  • Multi-Account Switching: The Suloro Account Chooser supports switching between multiple authorized profiles on a single device with cryptographic session isolation. You agree not to create automated, deceptive, or duplicate accounts designed to evade platform enforcement.

3. Acceptable Use Policy & Platform Conduct

Suloro services are engineered for lawful, secure, and respectful collaboration. You agree not to misuse or abuse the platform in any manner. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Probe, scan, penetration test, or assess the vulnerability of our authentication endpoints, databases, or network routing without explicit prior written authorization from Suloro.
  • Deploy automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract ecosystem data, user identifiers, or developer metadata outside authorized APIs.
  • Circumvent or attempt to bypass cryptographic rate limits, exponential backoff locks, IP reputation filtering, or bot mitigation defenses.
  • Impersonate any person, brand, trademark, or entity, or provide deliberately fabricated identity claims during signup or OAuth consent.
  • Distribute malware, ransomware, trojans, phishing kits, spam, or malicious payloads through any Suloro-connected communication or authentication service.
  • Use the services to facilitate illegal activities, infringe intellectual property rights, or harass other individuals.

4. Developer Platform & OAuth 2.0 Terms

Developers who register applications in the Suloro Developer Console and implement Single Sign-On (SSO) agree to strict ecosystem trust and security standards:

Mandatory Policy URLs

Every registered OAuth client must publish and maintain accessible, transparent Privacy Policy and Terms of Service URLs.

Secret Confidentiality

Client Secrets must be kept strictly confidential on secure backend servers and never exposed in client-side code or public repositories.

Scope Minimization

Applications must request only the minimal OAuth scopes strictly necessary to deliver the intended application functionality.

Zero Credential Harvesting

Developers may never attempt to intercept, log, scrape, or store Suloro user account passwords or raw credentials.

Suloro reserves the right to immediately suspend, throttle, or revoke the Client ID of any application that violates these standards, experiences a security compromise, or fails to maintain compliance.

5. Account Termination & Deletion Process

You have the full right to delete your Suloro Account and terminate your relationship with Suloro at any time directly through your dashboard settings.

How to Delete Your Suloro Account:

To permanently delete your account, open the Suloro Account portal, navigate to the Data & Privacy section, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click the Delete Account button. Upon password confirmation, your credentials, session tokens, and personal data records are immediately and permanently erased.

Suloro also reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts or developer Client IDs that violate these Terms, engage in malicious cyber attacks, or compromise platform security.

6. Service Availability, Maintenance & Modifications

Suloro strives to maintain high availability, low latency, and continuous service across our global network infrastructure. However, services may occasionally experience scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen network disruptions.

Suloro reserves the right to modify, enhance, update, or discontinue features, interfaces, APIs, or developer endpoints at any time. When feasible, substantial changes to developer APIs will be accompanied by deprecation notices to allow for smooth migration.

7. Intellectual Property & Trademark Guidelines

All software, proprietary code, user interfaces, branding, visual designs, logos, documentation, and trademarks associated with the Suloro ecosystem are the exclusive intellectual property of Suloro. Except for the limited rights granted herein, nothing in these Terms conveys any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or decompile any portion of our software or APIs, unless applicable statutory law prohibits such restriction.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Warranty Disclaimer

Suloro services, APIs, and platforms are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. Suloro specifically disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Suloro, its affiliates, directors, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use Suloro services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Suloro, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your access to or use of the Suloro ecosystem.
  • Your violation of any provision of these Terms of Service.
  • Any application, content, or service you register or operate via the Suloro Developer Console.
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

10. Governing Law, Modifications & Contact Information

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the services shall be instituted in the competent courts of jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When revisions occur, the updated version will be posted on this portal with an updated effective date. Continued use of Suloro services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
